Provides over 43,000 homes to low and moderate income households- market rent - single and family units available at Toronto's average market rent prices
- affordable housing - single and family rental units in various sizes with rent set at or below market rent
- subsidized housing - rent-geared-to-income, or subsidized rent, managed by the City of Toronto through MyAccesstoHousingTO (see separate listing)
- several buildings have supportive housing programs delivered by partner organizations, which may include attendant care
