Service Description: A non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting independence and optimal quality of life for anyone living with a seizure disorder.

EPILEPSY RESOURCE CENTRE - Members can borrow books, videos, discs and CD-Roms.

EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS - Take place throughout the year. A representative will come to the workplace, school, social service agencies and other organizations to speak on topics such as seizure awareness, appropriate response to a seizure and teaching strategies.

CHILD, PARENT AND FAMILY COACHING - Assistance to families to successfully cope with epilepsy, seizure disorders and brain injury.

EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT - Employment-related workshops and support.

PEER TO PEER NETWORK - Support group consisting of members who have undergone epilepsy surgery and are open to sharing their experiences.

Fees: No fees for services * donations for in-service presentaitons to schools and corporations
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Anyone diagnosed with or caring for someone living with Epilepsy. The general public, educators, employers and medical community benefit from education presentations or one on one counselling
